One of 12 pan-European long-distance cycling routes, EuroVelo 9 from Gdańsk to Pula in Croatia runs for approximately 40 km through the Ząbkowice Region (Grodziszcze – Rudnica – Jemna – Srebrna Góra – Mikołajów – Brzeźnica – Potworów – Przyłęk – Kamieniec Ząbkowicki – Śrem – Topola – Błotnica).
European Cistercian Trail (ER 8)
This 45 km route begins in Henryków and passes through Ziębice, Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, Suszka, Bardo, and Opolnica. Then it enters the Kłodzko County.
The “Between Gold and Silver” Route (a section of the Glacensis Euroregion Underground Attractions Route)
This approximately 45 km long cycling trail leads from Złoty Stok through Mąkolno, Ożary, Dzbanów, Przyłęk, Potworów, and Brzeźnica to Srebrna Góra, and then through Jemna and Kolonia Grodziszcze towards the underground attractions of the Owl Mountains.
The areas of the Złote, Bardzkie, and Owl Mountains are distinguished by their charming views and diverse landscapes. A major advantage of these areas are the forested, wide, gravel paths that cut into deep ravines. There are also plenty of technical, winding, and rocky sections with varied profiles.
