The former church of the Hospital of the Order of the Holy Sepulcher, founded in 1319 by Duke Mikołaj Ziębice and Jan Secklin, mayor of Ząbkowice. The building was sold to the city in 1538, and during the Thirty Years’ War, the church burned down. Only the chancel remains of the original church. The main body of the church has been rebuilt several times. Since the 1960s, the church has been used by an Orthodox parish. A modern iconostasis has been installed inside.
